I'm looking for an emergency brake release handle that clips into the dash and runs back to the release on the pedal mechanism for a 80's cutlass, i have two but both have a broken tab and wont stay in the dash. not sure if other cars are interchangeable?

G-body Olds only. Other makes are different lengths due to their position on the dash most likely. Can't verify if the others fit an Olds.

AFAIK, there's no other part that fits. P/N 563732

They also may have a different handle/bezel. I'm thinking they all snap into the same size hole, however.

The one from my car is good. It has 2 frayed strands at the end the goes on the pedal. Not sure how long it would last if you used it on a daily basis. Send me your address and i will throw it in the mail for you. It's free. Send your number and i will text you pics.
