Just wondering what y’all would recommend for a cordless impact driver (for lug nuts, primarily). Generally heard good things about Milwaukee and DeWalt. Any experiences and minimum spec recommendations appreciated. Thanks.

My buddy at the shop uses all Milwaukee cordless tools.
His big 1/2 inch impact has seen many a tire change over the last few years,he dosent use the air gun anymore.
He really likes their tools and has quite a selection, including the cordless Sawzall which works real nice.

Milwaukee is the only way to go. You will never use air again. (y)

Nothing better or more powerful for the price of the DeWalt XR 20volt.

700 ft./lbs., breakaway torque is1,200 ft./lbs.

The batterys last forever on a charge

My Ryobi 18 volt rated at 300 ft/lbs easily removes lug nuts.

The key is BRUSHLESS!!!!

And big batteries.

Pick a good name brand.

I have a Rigid brushless set with 4 amp/hr batteries. They last forever on a charge.
