Loom under sill plate

What the heck is this called? You know, the long plastic "tube" under the carpet and sill plate that wires run through... Looking for something similar for a completely different application

I dont think ive ever heard anybody reference that by name. Id call it a channel more than a loom

It's not regular wire loom, it's almost like a conduit. I guess that is what I'd call it.

I would not call it loom and no you can't get it at your local autoparts store, channel seems the most fitting IMO maybe even a raceway but I am sure there is a specific name for that piece.

They have something at Home Depot to his wires when wall mounting a tv. I bet it would work for that.
