CUTLASS LR body mount bolt rusted behind tire

So my 83 Calais has a rusted out body mount bolt behind the drivers side rear tire . How can I fix? Drill a hole in the trunk?

Yes, drill a hole or cut a flap in the floor over the body mount and let the games begin !! It is typically a can-o-worms ! Often remedied with hockey pucks , washers, SAE bolts and Nylock nuts
