LS Swap and a Tape Measure

Anyone help me out with a measurement from passenger side head or block to leading edge top of core support? Malibu preferably but will take anything to avoid dropping $1200 needlessly for the wrong turbo mount position.

Are you using stock location or 1" set back mounts?

Hooker mounts and trans crossmember so I believe stock location, haven't found where they say any setback.

I have the hooker mounts and crossmember in my ls1 79 cutlass. You want a measurement from the front of the head to the edge of the core support on the side where the radiator mounts?

With a straight edge on the front of the head and measuring to the back edge of the core support where the radiator mounts up to is roughly 18.25 inches in my car.
