Mikester...I'm currently installing the Pypes 2-1/2" x pipe setup on my Cutlass. Overall the fitment is pretty dead on. The driver side extension piece is a bit short, but gonna pickup a piece local to finish it up. The kit I bought is PN#SGG10S

How did the hangers mount to the frame/body ? Through existing holes or are they welded ? And what mufflers ?
Oops, I posted pics on my build thread but here ya go. I was able to use the rear upper trailing arm bolts as mounts. I bent the hangers to line up and clear everything, then mounted the hangers with jam nuts and held to the mufflers with U bolt clamps.
I'm running the Street Pro mufflers. Some hate em, some love em, I'll update once I button up the install and run the car.

not all stainless steel is cut from the same cloth.keep with a 300 series and you'll love it long time, the 409 out there is one small step over carbon steel.

Update on ARH sbc headers, mocking up the engine last nite and I found the driver side header hits the factory engine mount, the piece that bolts to the engine, I removed the top rear corner of the mount for clearance, It looks to me that they could change the angle of that pipe to eliminate this issue, but maybe its like that so it don't hit something else when installed in the car. My mini starter clears ok and have the big flywheel what is it 168 tooth??

That was one of the problems I had with my Hooker headers. Sawzall and grinder, that part solved.
