Gotcha, 315 is a HUGE tire. Gonna be awesome. I’ll be paying attention to how you make 275s work in the front.

Thanks guys. Step one is assemble it all and put some miles on. Then, we’ll modify if we need to before paint.

Two became one today for the test fit. The stance needs to come down quite a bit when it’s all assembled and settled, or I’ll have some work to do there.

These pics are about 10-12 years old.
Maybe it will give you an idea or something just to compare it to.

Is that a Malibu you have or had? I just recently got a nose like that for mine. Any completed pics

More progress! This guy showed up at work today. Challenge number one is figuring out how to get it out of the truck. Then off come the accessories, exhaust manifolds, etc.

I have a 10% off coupon for summit, so I’ll order up the trans, motor mounts, headers and whatnot to mount it on the chassis. When that all arrives, I’ll go into self quarantine.

Engine and trans are pretty much ready for install. I bought a -4 fitting instead of -3 for the clutch MC so I have to wait to bleed out the clutch system. Dammit! Started piecing the hydra boost together and am reading the Dakota digital gauge instructions to prep for install. If it ever stops raining I can get the chassis back home and start putting it all together.

This quarantine stuff makes it easy to get work done!

Starting to almost look like a car!! The only issues I ran into were an incorrect pilot bearing and a fuel line I ran right into the passenger header. I spent what I thought was too much money on the Holley engine mounts and headers, but I must say it all fits awesome! It’s got as much clearance as you’re going to get with 1 7”8 primaries. Almost like they designed it to work;)
