I can't see a reason it wouldn't work. But he says he wants a screw-on cap. I don't see the big deal about that. It is a little harder to R&R the big cap but it's not like it needs to be done very often since you don't need to remove the cap to check the fluid level.
I want the screw on cap for ease of maintenance and less mess. I check fluid every month before I go racing and the current reservoir is not see through. Plus I have to change the master so why not upgrade at the same time.

I think the ACDELCO 18M974 should do it for you. 1" bore with 1/2" and 9/16" fittings
Application is a RHD S10 pickup.

I’ll see if that is readily available at the part store so I can swap out under warranty

Would this be Overkill for a stock set-up?
