MONTE CARLO MCSS wheel width

What is the width of the MCSS mag wheels? Tire mounted it looks like 7.5ish

Factory steel or aluminum are 15"x7", not sure of offset/backspacing.

Since they use the same size tire, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the BS is 4" just like the 15x7 H/O and 442 wheels. But I'm just throwing sh*t at the wall here.
