The portholes on the fender give it away, unmistakably Buick.
‘76 to ‘79ish Skylark, more door sedan. It’s just like the one my buddy in high school had that he gave me rides to school in. Horribly under powered with an anemic 6 banger and highway gears in it, a disgusting shade of baby sh*t beige but it was an indestructible tank. We had a ton of fun in that car.

just as the Regal shares the same chassis as the Monte's, the skylark shares the same chassis as the nova. that;s why you easily mistook it as one.

When they started making them they were called Apollos, last of the 4 Gms of that line. Nova being 1st Olds Omega 2nd Pontiac Ventura 3rd . Take the 1st letter of each in order of production N-O-V-A .Someone at GM had a sense of humor.
