Monte Carlo Fuel pump and system everyone is using???

Got the 5.3 engine and trans in my 84 Monte Carlo ss. Wondering what everyone else is using in their fuel systems? I see Holley has a sending unit, pump, and built in Regulator #12-306 $329.95. I also see people using another sending unit for an efi car and a corvette fuel filter. I have an 87 ls monte carlo v6 but I can't remember what the sending unit looks like. Also see Aeromotive has a fuel tank and pump.
