thanks 442. well this week i'll be dropping another update. in the last month ive been collecting/shopping for parts so i'll have a couple things to show. i should have the pics up in a day or so stay tuned!

well well well, ive been hunting down and waiting for parts the last few weeks. Got a couple things done but not nearly as much as i had planned to do, i'm working some extra hours and the weather has been off and on.
random parts but everything you see i plan to paint up or polish after i get this motor fired up. these are kinda like before shots of the parts for now
my airbox top plate cover has surface rust but the part is still nice and solid.

now that im an official monte man again i started paying more attention to the details of these cars and to me the 87/88 monte ss are the best. i had to jump on board so i started doing the rear taillight and bumper swap. i got lucky because so far at least my new parts are black :lol:
GBF is good but i had to join montecarloss and ive been getting my shopping on, a member over there hooked me up with a really clean set of tails.

oh yeah feelin pretty good right now fedex just came by 15 mins ago and dropped off more goodies!

this is pretty much the look im going for on the monte black and red. i drew this a couple weeks ago. i'll add more detail into the paint but i'll pass on posting the finale version. i dont want someone to jack my paint combo and use another color and they said they came up with it 1st.
