Is it just me or does something look weird about the *ss end of the car?..

Aerocoupe had the same basic sail panels and quarter sides as the coupe, that car has been heavily modified in that area.

It almost looks like they cut a couple of inches off the top of the back of the roof and then possibly ran it from there to the leading edge of the decklid eliminating the rear filler panel and then using a smaller quarter window, maybe to give it an aerocoupe kind of look without the goofy big rear window.
Anyways it looks odd and the rims do not look good on there and are just distracting if anything.
I would like to see a rear 3/4 shot just to make sure this isn't some sort of optical illusion.

Whatever was done to the body seems to create the illusion of the car appearing longer.
As for the wheels, I can take 'em or leave 'em.

I think it has to do with the camera, I found another picture that appears normal.

Good call, it is the camera angle. You know though, i still thought it looked modified until i covered the rims with my hand and looked at the picture, they even make the car itself look funky lol.
