Okay guys, I have Monte SS bucket seats in my wagon. My question is, is why the passenger side bucket seat track holes reversed?

For the life of me I never remember it being like that.

tracks on backwards?

I thought about that, it's not really possible thought so the track won't slide if it's on backwards or the wrong side.

Jim, i wish i could be more help man! I have monte tracks on my aftermarket buckets, but the seats are stashed away at my brother n laws house. It would be this weekend before i can get out there and look at em for ya.

Hopefully one of the monte guys can chime in!

Maybe change the thread title to show Monte seat tracks....

No worries, I changed the title to the thread to see if it gets more interest.

Jack, thank you. It appears that bucket seats don't use every stud and every hole on a tracks in the floor braces.

That's true, Jim.
Except the rear mounts of the tracks utilize both studs...at least on one side if I recall.
The flat plastic cover is on the front track.

If i remember correctly, i think they use 5 studs per side. One on each side of front, one stud on rear(don't remember which side), then 2 studs on the remaining mount.

I do remember getting 10 flange nuts when i was mocking mine up.

Thanks guys. I do have the plastic covers for the tracks, I just have to dig them out.
