Anyone used the new MSD 83653 BLACK BILLET HEI Distributor if so how do they perform vs the msd 8365 distributor?THANKS

I don't think there is a difference other than the finish between the 2. Summit has the identical description for both. Have you looked at DUI distributors, I think you get more for your money from DUI

My junk runs fine with a $50 Ebay distributor, actually a pretty nice piece.

nice thing with DUI is you contact them and they will build you one based on the specs of your engine and your driving habits

I replaced my gear with a new GM gear since I am running a Howards Roller in the 355 SBC that's in my Regal, I guess that's the downside to the Ebay distributor is they don't build them specifically for my application.
