My almost blowout

I was driving home from work the other night and started to get a vibration from the back. It made it home 15 miles without issue, but had a flat in the morning. This is what it looked like.

I actually let the air out of the tire once I got it off of the car, since this thing is an explosion hazard. I
have not had particularly good luck with these tires, but I think a pothole may have got this one.

It looks like you were already way past due for a new tire(s) anyways.

And you were running them under inflated. A tire without enough air pressure in it will wear the outsides prematurely, while too much will wear it in the middle.
Time to pay a bit more attention to your tires IMO.

This tire actually got rotated from the front after I had some alignment issues fixed. That whole side got wore down a while back. That, and it tends to be the one that spins when it "One wheel peels." This tire was pretty well shot, but I do keep them right at 32psi.
