Not knowing the design of their waterneck is there enough material to drill and tap to a 1/8" NPT?

Now I'll have to find a 1/16" pipe tap as there is not much space I am going to fill comfortable boring out to go 1/8". Then the hunt for a 3/8" nipple with 1/16" pipe. I might have to creative but not to look like a 💩 job with an 1/16" to 1/8" adapter.

I have searched hi and low for 3/8" nipple with 1/16" pipe

Dont bother looking it doesnt exist

the biggest is 5/16 nipple with 1/16" pipe

The fact that you haven't punted that radiator across the yard yet is worthy of a lot of respect. :notworthy:

I booted their exhaust kit, they are not getting me a second time with fit quality. Don't know it it's the German or Irish in me driving me or the Swiss part has something else going with this.

OK, who would of thought finding a 1/16" NPT tap would be so hard to find local? :doh:So now I guess it'll be off to Amazon or Fleabay to find it. Atleast the 1/16" to 1/8" adapter is a little easier to find. After I get all that stuff needed I'm thinking I'll have to open the adapter up for better flow cause they got a really small port. I even thought about getting Cold Case to send me another nipple & run a die over it to make it an adpter but the 5/16" don't match up with any NPT die I have. I'll reengineer it one way or another. Maybe if I stare at it enough I'll find enough space to make it 1/8" but I won't expect to be able to.

Ordered the tap & 1/16" male-1/8" female brass adapter. When ever they get here next week I should have it fixed. Then I can get back to getting everything on the front of the engine again to route/bend the fuel line (give into self pressure to say hell with it & go braided.)

After this I would recommend a brass/copper after this as the worst part you have to deal with is the upper hose port/nipple being smaller & have to use one of those rubber filler/adapter for the hose. If the old rad shops were still open around me I would of had theold rad's core fixed (steel bar at the bottome rusted from sitting & pulled part of the cooling fins with it) & have that upper hose port resized to match the hose. Don't know why the filler neck couldn't of has a 3/8" nipple welded to it instead of how it was made. I'll admit I'm an R&D nightmare with what feedback I can give.
