Just curious. Are you going to drive it in the winter after all of this?

As much as I'd love to drive it year-round as if it was any other vehicle, at this point, I don't think I could bring myself to do it. Our Pennsylvania winters are just too aggressive. This truck is gonna be my summer daily driver. In the winter I'll probably start it up and take it around the block every couple weeks or so just to keep it from sitting for any extended period. It will be stored outside as it won't fit in my garage, but hopefully I can find a cover big enough to fit over it.

I'm pleased to hear your answer. I'd hate to see it rusty again in another seven or eight years after all this work.

Despite what this thread might suggest, I've actually been working on this truck a ton lately. Unfortunately I'm having technical difficulties resizing my photos so I can't upload anything. I have however painted the door jambs, the firewall and the core support in color, reassembled the front clip, made new fuel and brake lines, painted the cab floor as well as most of the frame and the the underside of the cab with SEM rust trap, still to be coated with U-Pol Gravitex. As soon as I can figure out how to upload some pictures, I'll have them up!

If you are using a PC, resizing using MS Paint is simple. There is a button to 'resize' by percentage or by pixels. Make sure the 'Maintain aspect ratio' button is toggled on so you don't skew the pictures.

If you are on your phone you can download an app that will resize the photos.

Front clip and wiring harness has been refitted. Also painted the battery tray, AC blower motor, and a few other under hood brackets. I've got some other things done too, but I don't have photos yet. I'll get some tomorrow.

Beautiful job bringing that truck back. Something to be proud of.
