I changed out the front springs. But it still sits lower on the drivers front could it be a body bushing.

Make sure your springs are in correctly on each side, easy to be off a Tad.

Could be body mounts, the rear springs, way uneven weight distribution, something bent somewhere, hard to say without seeing it. The last post was also a good one, make sure the springs are in good and indexed the same.

edit: I wanted to add, that if you have a chrome (steel) bumper car, the bumper and body won't line up right with a bad body bushing
