Need help finding this part

So on my Cutlass I'm missing this rear quarter panel bracket on my driver side.. any tips on we're to find one and what this piece is exactly called.

just wondering if you got the door locks fixed......

So recent 1984 Cutlass H/O and the power door locks lock but, don't unlock.

So I've read the post about cleaning copper relay n switches . If that all fails were can I find the relay switch . I didnt see it behind the ecm/ kick panel.

Looks like this is going to be something you need from someone parting a car or if you're lucky getting one from the junkyard.
