NEED HELP WITH FUEL GAUGE

So i pulled out my fuel gauge earlier, removed the needle,
put the needle back
put the gauges back, now the fuel gauge wont read anymore.
I moved the needle all the way past full, applied a little pressure to it, then it moved below E (moved on its own power)

no it wasnt empty before and yes it was working before lol

Not sure why you would do that? Make sure it is making a good connection to the printed circuits. If nothing else you can by a new one from Mike's Montes.

I had that issue once..what I did was I strip some electric wire and wraped behind the gauges ,the 2 pins.and pop it back in..works like a champ now

Good idea. Ill give that a try, thank you sir.
No worries .I also dont it with some .I believe house wire..its the harder wire that u can bend and it keeps its shape. And I used regular wire then added a little bit of solder on them
