11 bolt pan would be the Th200c 3 speed auto transmission.

Take a picture of the pan itself. That's the definitive way to determine what trans it is.

Looking closer at the pic the cable adjustment looks like that for a tv cable not a kick down cable. The advice about the o-ring is accurate either way. Both 3 speeds and OD transmissions use an o-ring to seal the cable.
It has nothing to do with the AC system and it is not related to the throttle position sensor. It adjusts line pressure in the transmission and controls kickdown.
