Need opinions on motor for the new regal

I'm picking up this a 82 regal very nice interior nice frame just sold car all over, I need opinions on motor I will be running a m21 why? Cause I own it and it fresh ready to go , so I have 327short block needs rebuilt, 350s needs rebuilt ,454s needs rebuilt, 427 12-1 or more rect heads Crower rods trw domes 635 lift ,280 at 50 cam strip dominator very nasty engine not fun at all on street, I want to build a good street motor would like to run mid 12s , here is parts I have to work with BBC and SBC

454 30 over 4 bolt with scat crank flat tops
BBC rpm oval intake
BBC strip Dom. Oval intake
BBC wiend tunnel ram oval port
BBC strip Dom. Rect intake
BBc 026 LS6 heads rect. 112cc
BBC 781 ovals ported big valves
427 12-1 Forged crank Crower rods 0 decked 635 lift cam 280 duration

327 small journal bottom end
350 block cast crank X rods speed pro flat tops

SBC rpm air gap intake
SBC performer intake
SBC scorpion intake
461 double humps
416s with 194 valves

NX plate kit good for 300 shot

What would be a fun combo with these parts not counting buying a cam and dumb stuff

The larger displacement stuff will get you where you want to be a lot easier than the smaller displacement stuff. Plus you won't have to rev the piss out of them.

if you don't do anything with that 327 crank, and it's in good condition, let me know. my current one is at max clearance on #7 &8, and the rear main journals...
