Need paint Codes for 1986 Olds 442 black over silver

Hi, I need help finding the paint codes or an aftermarket equivalent.
The silver paint on the bumpers is peeling on my 1986 442 Black over Silver.
Also the code for the Black would be nice too.
Also where to find and buy would also be helpful.
I have several local auto parts stores, Advance, Auto Zone, Pep Boys and NAPA.
Buying on line or E-Bay i need to be sure I'm getting the right color.
I do have a 4" X 6" laminated sticker on the underside of the trunk lid, but have no idea how to decode it.

there should be a metal tag on your cowl that has the paint codes on it. If you open your hood you should see it

I found the metal cowl tag on the drivers side, its reads: 19L 12M 19U Laquer
Where would a be the best place to find paint in a spray can locally in the Orlando, Fl. area ?

if you send me the airfare, pay for a hotel for a week or two along with some groceries and beer, a car rental and a beach ball I'll find a shop that sells it for you...

and if you can't afford me find a body and paint supply store and they can mix a spray bomb for the code you give them.
