Good points about the straps.
The front verticals should be vertical.

The P.O. did that. The chassis was well oiled/preserved and, in fact, the insides of the rims were greased/tarred. It's almost like a crazy person, like me, had owned it. I curse and praise the PO's every time I need to work on it. In this pic I replaced the fuel pump and rubber hoses and greased the hard lines.
