Hey y'all. New here but not to G bodys. Been building and collecting g body cars for over 20 years. Current rides

1979 Malibu coupe. I'm the 2nd owner at 37,000 miles. Very few options, smallest V6, but fun as hell to drive around.

1983 Malibu wagon. 355, lowered, ZQ8 wheels, full 3" exhaust with X pipe and full tail pipes.

1985 El Camino. New Mexico car, 350, full 2.5" exhaust with h-pipe and full tail pipes, 17"/18" wheel tire combo. Plan on dropping it down a little.

I've already found a lot of helpful information on here and hope I can help out too. Thanks!

Welcome to GBF from Seattle, Wa.
'78 Caballero and '79 El Camino.
My Caballero had the small v6-3spd stick from the factory. My Father-in-law rebuilt it at about 80-85k miles, gave it to my wife and I at 133k. I drove it to over 208k, then pulled it out and installed a SBC 307 with a BW T5. I've always enjoyed stick shift cars, but the 5spd is way more fun than the 3spd.
