New Here (MD) 79 MC and Cutlass

My name is Derick I am near here and soaking up as much information as possible. My dad gave me his 79 Monte Carlo (still sitting in NC), i grew up in that car but since its not running i bought another 79 Monte Carlo to drive and rebuild. i drive it daily actually. I also came across a 79 Cutlass V6 that i couldn't pass up so I got that one and am going to get it up and running soon.
Seems like a lot of good info on this forum. I come from the world of Import Tuner cars, but i had to sell my $40k SEMA build in my divorce so i bought these to build up to my liking.
I am in the Maryland area, I am air force and i enjoy long scrolls through Craigslist.
