Hello everyone. I've been a Ford owner most of my life (I know....Boooo!). Have a 1963 Ford Galaxie 500 convertible and 1969 Ford Galaxie 500 2 door coupe both awaiting restoration. Bought my first non-Ford vehicle in 1987.....a 1970 Plymouth Belvedere for a daily driver. Currently restoring it. Then in 1994 I inherited my mom's 1984 Pontiac Grand Prix after she passed away. It took me by surprise and I was very impressed with it. Unfortunately I had to start using it as a daily driver in 2000 and the rest is rust belt history. Just recently purchased a 1986 Pontiac Grand Prix to replace it. Still have the 84 until I'm done doing some work on the 86. Hope to get some good advice here on that project. See you in the forum.

Thanks. I became a Ford guy by default since both my grandfather and father were Ford owners all their life. First car I remember my father buying new was a 1957 Ford Fairlane 500. He then replaced that with a new 1962 Ford Galaxie 500. Color was presidential blue. Then he replaced that with a new 1966 Ford Galaxie 500 fastback. Color was Kelly green. That was a cool looking car. Then he replaced that with a 1969 Ford Galaxie 500 with 390 CID engine. Color was also presidential blue. That's the same one that I have awaiting restoration. Will check out your link.
