Hi Everyone,
I'm retired and have a 1987 Olds 442 w/t roof that I purchased last Summer. Mostly stock with 307 (non computer), Posi 373, alum intake, stock 2400 stall, headers with dual exhaust. Body is very good, interior is good and previous owner painted flat black. Yes the engine is a turd but it's fun to work on and drive. So far I've deleted most of all the emissions, new carb, new vac. distributor (that I had set up on a sun machine), convertor lock up and painted the engine (Olds met. Blue). I just want to thank everyone for there previous post that have allowed me to convert to a non-computer car. I hope I can be of help to others on this forum. Just waiting for Spring so I can continue working on it.

I liked my 88 flat black. I didn't like vinyl top, the 7.5" rear or the increasing rot. You at least don't have two of those issues and hopefully not the last one. Interesting choice on the BBO Metallic Blue for engine paint, it is a nice colour. The Olds 307 HO should be around 200 hp with the headers and dual exhaust, if it isn't really tired. Welcome.
