New user, new issue

Hey, new to the forum

Working on an 84' Monte Carlo, fixed most of the major issues but got hung up at the wiring.

The issue being I'm unsure which wires are for the horn, diagram shows like 8 in the manual (currently the car's horn doesn't work, it appears that the wires in the steering wheel itself were cut short).

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

Pretty sure it's factory default, I'm unsure, so I took a picture, here it is

...might not even be hooked up. Pop the button off, and ground the wire; it should honk the horn. That is, assuming the wire is even there.
