Officially new to the forum page. Always would come here to look for answers. I own an 88 cutlass Supreme classic that I've had since i was 19. I'm 28 now. I put a 350 rocket from a 71 cutty and put a th400 trans from a 73 gmc 3500 2wd behind it. Still has the 7.5 rear with a 2.56 gear unfortunately. Put a mini spool in it though (hasn't exploded just yet haha).

Yea I wanna put a 3.23 gear. Even with the 2.56 it has its still pretty impressive. It's a built 350. Higher compression (don't remember the exact ratio). When it finally explodes I'd like to find a 8.5 to put under her and put the 3.23 gear in the 8.5 and modify the tubes to get rid of the c clip axle retainers
