Hello GBody Forum!
I'm a 27-year old guy in Ottawa Ontario, I always had a thing for classic cars and their history.
Now a couple years out of school I picked up an '81 Pontiac Lemans Coupe in November 2020.
Not long after buying I started formulating a plan to make it a little hotter, so I researched and acquired parts over the winter for a manual conversion and engine swap.
Current equipment to be installed is:
- An L-79 327 (Frankensteined with a '68 block and '70 LT-1 heads) bought as a running engine, with a Holley 750 and Torker intake
- A Muncie M-20 (year unknown, but has 27 spline output / 10 spline input) with a comp-plus bench seat shifter
- A 10-bolt (7.5") Richmond 4.10 posi gear set.
Cheers!
Colin
