It ran and drove when he bought it, however it didn't have secondaries at all, and the little grey choke cam that prevents the secondaries from opening when cold was gunk-welded to the secondary arm. The air valves were also sticking closed, and if you were to manually open them they would stick open. Built in Kansas City, shipped to Sacramento, then sold at Billingsley Motors in Winnemucca, Nevada, about 100 miles or less from here. Owned by a little old lady in Tuscarora who allegedly really only took it out for church and groceries. She sold the car in 2014 to an acquaintance of mine, who in turn sold it to some tweaker, who sold it to another tweaker, who sold it to my brother. Still, not a bad score for $500
