Was the vacuum line hooked back up or broke or cracked during the removal or install of the new box?

Without that the "doors" wont work

I have seen another guy that had to build a shroud for the squirrel cage for air to blow versus just spinning.

Interesting. I see in the install directions there is a lot of cutting/siliconing pieces of the original into the new one...seems like for $180 they would have been able to engineer the product to a little higher level.

Those covers are junk no air intakes no inner structure just a skin

About 10 years ago I got one off ebay for almost 1/2 price it is still sitting in my basement taking up valuable space.

What they should have and should make is a redesigned smaller box.

and one that doesn't cost 2500 and look like sh*t!!!

Nothing is broken, all cables, vacuum hoses, and inside ducting was not touched. The fan motor runs strong, there is simply miniscule air flow and zero heat coming into the cabin.

Was the hot coolant shutoff valve removed from the heater hose?

I'm questioning whether the little square piece was added to the box.as directed in steps 23-25

Realize that it's hard for us to troubleshoot from far away and on something that requires owner modification just to work as designed

This might be why it's not moving much air.

SO. Chalk one up into the "who knew?" category. Turns out he plugged the fan in the wrong way, and it was spinning the wrong direction. Switched the plugs and now the heat runs you out of the car. Thanks for the help!

It is always nice when it is something simple - and we have all been there.
