Nos NIB gm cruise control kit part number 998535 fitment?

Hi Guys I have come across a new complete in gm box full accessory kit for adding cruise control to 1982 and up g body. Handle is chrome. Anybody have any info on fitment it is for g body mid 80s I was told. Everything is there very cool piece but want to know more about it. Does it fit all the 442 hurst lds grand nationals ss cars etc? Thx Darryl

Looks like everything I pulled from a 86 Cutlass for a member on the El Camino site...(short of the vacuum ball). car had a sbc but not sure that would make a difference?. I don't know why it wouldn't fit those you mentioned.

Ya I think it same for all but just asking if anybody has some info. I tried to google the part number but was not coming up with much. It mentions el camino, Pontiac in the instructions. It came with my low mileage 1985 SS along with a dealer purchased NOS power trunk. So aside from the chrome lever instead of black I think it would work on all the g body cars. Has a 10 page kit it was purchased in 1980's from the GM dealer as my monte did not have the cruise option.

Are you going to use it, put it up for sale, or just keep it? I'm interested if it's for sale. I could even pick up as I'm driving to Toronto Tomorrow afternoon, and there thru Wednesday.
