Not sure what to offer for a set of 4 Olds SSII wheels 15X8 in good condition with rings and centercap.

That's pretty much it..............can someone give me a ballpark figure? I can't find any 8 inch on Ebay..............to compare..........

I want to be fair and yet not be taken to the cleaners........the seller does not have a price in mind yet...........so he is researching as I am to
try to come up with something we can both agree to.

Custom rims? Haven't heard of a 15 x 8 factory rim. 15 x 7 was the only ones I'm aware of in the 15". Have them take a picture of the size which is stamped on the inside of the rim to verify. Also, if it's a pre-80s 15 x 7, it should have a 4.25" backspace.

Just seen a set at a show Sunday in almost perfect condition for $125 BO..... So if that gives you a starting point

I built myself a narrowed set of pontiac wheels for my 2+2, I intended on doing a few for people but I need to find a way to clone myself to find the time.

Otherwise stockton wheel or others can make custom ones. They quoted me $175 each a few years back.

Another way to tell factory from aftermarket wheels is that the center section has a full weld bead (visible from the backside, obviously) while the aftermarkets have gaps in the welds.

Most likely he's measuring outside lip of the rim, that will give you 8 inches
