Notched trans crossmember

I'm about to add headers & pipes straight back so I'm looking for pics of notched transmission cross members so i can get an ides of what I need to do to mines.

Notching and welding them can be a pain in the a$$.........If you have the extra cash, might I suggest the double hump Jegster crossmember or one from Iceman racing???

I just cut a section out of mine and welded walls and a bridge using 1/4" plate steel....

just get some c channel 4x2 cut a peace 4 inch long (www.maliburacing.com/dual_crossmember_mod.htm)
