We decided to start this thread so we could hopefully lend a hand when it comes to instrumentation, NVU brand, stock or otherwise. We will do what we can to help out!

Do you sell the panel/shadow box for the gauges for a 78 Malibu sweep style only?

Yes we manufacture a wide range of instruments for the GM Gbody:

Yes we do manufacture the Malibu sweep dash kits, I think we are the only instrument company offering something for that model.

No, Sorry the mounting brackets are only available in the gauge kits. The brackets are designed for NVU instruments only ;other brand gauges may not fit due to the thicker bezel sections/slight size differences. This kit is really tight with fitting the gauges and back clamps next to each other
    Thanks

Here is a link to the cutlass kits for more detailed information:
    http://newvintageusallc.mybigcommerce.com/78-88-cutlass/

All of our kits for GM include a fuel gauge with a 0-90 ohm input (stock GM). The mechanical speedometers are standard aftermarket setup with a 1:1 drive ratio and a 5/8-18 male thread, .104"x.104" female drive tang input.

Electronic speedometers will require an electronic speed sender or PCM input to operate. We manufacture cable replacement style speed senders and GPS speed senders. All NVU electronic speedometers can also operate from GM PCMs and GN OE speed senders

    Thanks!

Yes we only use electrical, patented, mil-spec air core or our stepper motor line in all of the instruments. No tubing to leak. the only mechanical we do are 3-3/8" speedometers and some vacuum/boost gauges.

What part would I need for the programmable speedometer to work with my TH-350 mechanical output. I am looking at purchasing a gauge kit for my 1980 Malibu.
