Is there an option on LED backlight color on the Malibu 6 gauge Performance II black cluster? I prefer something closer to white or soft blue/green than the cobalt illustrated.

Performance II we can change the color by printing a custom overlay/gauges. We will not however print a white lighting scenario on a white dial. The reason is that it never looks good. At certain times of day the white lights and the white dial are the same color and you can't see anything and every time we have printed one this way, even with warning the customer, they did not like it.

Perhaps I didn't word my question correctly, i was asking about changing the backlighting on the black w/white numerals cluster. The illuminated picture on the website shows a cobalt colored backlight....are there other illumination color choices. I'm fine with the graphics, just the lighting is a concern for me.

Yes to do that would require a custom print job. The colors on all of our backlit products are achieved by printing the color and illuminating with white LEDs. That way we use the same "guts" on everything and vertically integrate different aesthetics by changing graphics, pointers, etc. That is also how we have multiple lit colors on one design. The other advantage is NVU is the only instrument manufacturer in the US to design and screen print all dials in-house using OE quality and Mil-Spec materials and processes. We print dials for a surprisingly large amount of the gauge manufacturers including the largest in the US (which is not Autometer by the way)
    Thanks for the questions.

I recently purchased custom switches, dash indicator, and a gauge. Customer service was great and so is the quality. You guys can see the stuff in my build thread.
