Yes or 206 996
Check wear on brake pedal and carpet etc to get clues to real mileage

Misaligned numeral drums indicate mileage in excess of the mechanical limits, Which in this case would mean in excess of 99,999.9

So its 106k miles?
If you want to mean all original with less than 7K miles then let it be so. But.... don't forget to change any part that shows wear like driver's seat, pedals, army rest, steering wheel or any button that has worn down, all hoses, belts that don't have original date codes etc. etc. etc. You get the idea.

I'll join the 100K+ miles band wagon on that. Does Georgia have anything on the paper work for the selling of the car to declare the odometer has massed the mechanical limit? Here in Pennsylvania we do & I declared it when my dad transfered the title in my name since my Monte was over 100K by that time.

All it means is it is over 99,999.9 miles. It just keeps going back to zero and starts over. After the first roll over the numbers will not align as they did when it was under 99,999.9. There is no sure way to determine the actual mileage after that.

It could be 106 or 206 or 306,000. Now you go by the condition of things. Pedal pads, carpet, door sill plates, seats etc. A small person who took care of it can have a 106,000 mile car that is still very clean. Big and heavy people will tend to tear it up faster.

Now for the 200,000 + mile car it should be obvious, things will show significant wear.
