My oil sensors behind the distributor is leaking and trying to determine what type of plug sensor is the one connected to the oil filter housing? Small block 305

That looks like an oil pressure sending unit for the indicator light. Some chevys have an oil temperature sensor in that location (corvette for one) but it looks different than that.

The one behind the distributor is for the oil light (warning light dash) or choke light (gauge dash) & had the electric choke being powered off it. The bottom one should be the "bell" shaped gauge sender for gauge dashes. As ELCAM noted that is a warning light switch for non electric choke cars.
This is what you'll need behind the distributor, STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS PS126:
