Do they make a 2 belt crank pulley for the 307??

I want to get rid of the smaller smog pump pulley.

Thanks

Cut off that pulley with a saws all, even with the other pulley. There are many 2 groove pulley sets but it must match the water pump length and the other pulley for depth and groove spacing. Olds V8's belt set up is a PIA, one of the few things I don't like working on, especially if spacers are missing or there are changes made, A/C to non A/C etc.

Just save the pulley and when you build your race 307 you can use the v-belt to run your crankcase vacuum pump.
Or use a 90 degree die grinder and cut it off even as far down as you can get from the inside.

There are new Olds pullys available on Ebay (including a '2 belt crank pully') and from other online vendors but as mentioned above they're not universal. I believe that there were several different 'modern' Olds pully setups over the years since the 60's. Most of the Olds pully setups that I've seen online are based from the pre Gbody Olds pully design. I've seen both AC and non-AC Olds pully setups available. But I'm guessing that if you we to purchase a '2 belt crank pully' from an on-line vendor that it's geometry won't line up with the G-body setup and that the only way that it would work is to swap over the entire pre-gbody setup. I'm sure that some of the more schooled Olds guys could provide more details but hopefully I've conveyed enough details that you get the idea.

Frank, I bought the under drive aluminum pulleys off eBay the ones with the tiny crank pulley. It is so small, round Allen head bolts must be used. You will need shorter belts and your motor will run hotter. I had them on my 403, a bad idea, added to all my overheating issues. I also got up to 210 in my 94 Olds 350 powered Z71, even with a 7 blade clutch fan with a new clutch in traffic. Switched to regular pulleys, never above 185. I actually used the water pump pulley and I picked up a used March crank pulley, only slightly under driven like 4.5" vs the 3" tiny crank pulley. They actually lined up perfect, looks and cools great.

I do agree that the under-drive billet pullys are a bad idea for a SBO 403..

I've actually see the older OEM style stamped Olds pullys online. I know that the "Parts Place" had them listed in their online parts catalogue in the past.
