Depends on what you mean by "good". There are expensive aftermarket conversions. There are the generic aftermarket TBI units noted above. If the engine is relatively stock, you can actually use a stock Chevy 350 TBI setup. The stock PROM will be close enough for an unmodified Olds or Buick 350, and obviously you can get a custom PROM for modifications. Adapter plates to bolt a GM TBI to a Q-jet intake are readily available. For the Olds application, you need the distributor from a 307 with the CCC system. The Chevy TBI distributor uses the same wire functions as the CCC Olds distributor, you just need to swap the connector on the Chevy TBI harness. You can use the wire harness from a late 80s truck or spend the money for an aftermarket harness. Of course, you need an electric fuel pump. TBI systems need 15-20 PSI. External pumps are available, such as the Carter G5001. Finally, if you want to retain the knock sensor function and ESC from the TBI system, use the knock sensor and ESC module from a 1989-1990 Olds 307.

will the the wire harness from the chevy standard tbi mount to the olds fuse box

You will have to spice in the harness, just follow where stuff goes on your donor vehicle. I am running TBI on my Olds 350 in my truck , runs good. Using ALL the sbc sensors, needed pipe adapters for some sensors. The sbc knock sensors screws into the Olds block drain plug. The CCC distributor had the same wire colours even, small cap sbc module had one more wire for ground. I have my timing set at 22 degrees base, 0 won't cut it on an Olds. The Buick 350 is an entirely different motor than the Olds. No direct swap electronic advance distributor that I know of.

Yes, but it isn't that hard to make one. You should be able to use the body, ignition module, and internal wiring from a V6 distributor from a car with CCC. Get a non-computer HEI for a Buick and remove the pickup coil and two parts of the shaft. Install the V8 pickup coil in the V6 distributor. Tack weld the two parts of the shaft together to lock out the mechanical advance and install those as well. Throw away the advance weights and springs. Of course, you need to use the V8 cap.

No. On an Olds you can just use the stock 307 CCC distributor.
