Ok Olds peoples anyone use the FelPro valley pan???

Is this correct for the drivers side exhaust crossover?

The pan does have a double "sealing ridge" FEL-PRO MS96027

So I am assuming this pan fits a bunch of different heads/intake ports

I would have if I sealed the crossover in the heads.

But this car will be a driver.

So I need the crossover or it will take forever to warm up in the winter.

I personally like it. Early heads have a smaller crossover than later heads, two different gaskets, you have the right one. Usually a bit sticks out, should be fine.

I just replaced my valley pan on my big block... the old pan wasnt like that, the new one is the same way as yours.. Fel-pro must have changed the design then some..

Ditch that POS valley pan! I have assembled several Olds engines using the Mr. Gasket style gaskets shown below. You don't need that goofy pan set up. Leaks, poor fit, etc.
