I'm looking at a parts lot for sale locally that includes a Lunati Voodoo 282/290 cam http://www.lunatipower.com/Product.aspx?id=3206 . Just curious if anyone has run it and bow streetable it is. The build I'm looking at in the future will be based around a 425 in the 9.0-9.5 range and likely an aftermarket EFI. Haven't decided on heads yet. Probably either C heads or Procomps from Mondello.

Some yes and some no. I haven't picked up an engine yet. I could always put 425 rotating assembly in a 455 block.

I would think that would work fine but you want 9.5 to 1 minimum with that much duration. Procomp heads would really take advantage of that lift as well.
