I decided to wash my first car, I ordered it from Jones Chevrolet in Whitter CA 01-20-1978. It is a Black on Black F-41 4 speed car. I have been driving it around Hacienda Height's CA since it was new. I never new that people would like this style of car back in the day. . There is a picture of it in Super Chevy in 7-'81. I made the body kit, metal tail and narrow bumpers in the '80's

Colin.

Good looking ride. If the mods were done years ago, they were done well enough that it doesn't look 'dated'.
Well done & welcome to the site. I have a low mileage '78 as well. I purchased it w/less than 50k on the clock.

Yes-sir.... Mine as well.

Went through that scenario when rounding up parts for a big brake upgrade. Found out the hubs/brackets were actually made for the Metric spindles vs the 78-80 units. Despite me communicating the parts were intended for a '78 he didn't mention that they wouldn't work w/the earlier 'A' g-spindles.
