Oxygen sensor heater circuit problem

Hey guys, been having a check engine light on the Camino for some time now. Engine is a 5.3 and the engine light says both oxygen sensors heater circuits. Now I don't know much about wiring, and I did not build the harness nor install it for my car.

The guy that installed it for me is now nowhere to be found and I'm stuck with this annoying light on my dash. I have replaced both sensors but still having same issue. Here's a few pics of the shitty wiring this guy did on my car

I should add, the check engine light is on on the Dakota digital gauges I have, and that's the code it brings up when I plug into the obd2 port

Hell I assume those 5 fuses that are on the picture I posted. I'm not really sure how the ls swap is wired into the car
