Parking / turn signal lights pass side issues

Anyone ever have the lights on the passenger side work in the reverse order ?
Drivers side normal
Passenger side - dual filament flasher bulb does not come on with parking lights.
Flasher engages with key out and lights on, passenger side only.
Dash indicator on passenger side stays on solid with lights on and key out.
Harness - factory never cut 50 k mile car
Sockets and bulbs all checked
Flashers changed - turn signal switch changed - grounds good - light switch changed.
Thoughts ? I’m stumped what to check next ...

Check the ground connection at the socket. I had one go bad; it's a cheesy setup.
