what does it matter? It has to be offset in order to align with the trans/engine centerline as well as aligning with the ring gear.

I guess you won't know until you put it in and your drive shaft is crooked. Is the pic you posted the Moser? I got the Strange Engineering S60 (Dana60) with the ends for the Camaro Disk Brake setup. I had to fab new brackets to space out the shocks so they wouldn't hit the calipers. Bolt is a more or less an opinion by the manufacturer as I did have to have my drive shaft shortened, 1310 to 1350 U-joint, and taller bump stops. It has 3.73 w/the Eaton Helical posi. Just changed the lube after the 1000-mile break-in and it was looking new.Just curious to know if my new rear housing from Moser was made properly.
