I swapped front lower control arm bushings to poly. I noticed that bolt hole in new bushing is bigger than in old ones. Old is 12.4 mm and new is 13 mm. Is that too loose or should I swap original 12 mm bolts to 1/2 (12.7mm)?

IF so I need to drill frame holes bigger. I don't think that in an issue.

you need to drill the holes to 1/2" and use 1/2" grade 8 bolts.

The other things with poly bushings is you do have to have the car sitting at ride height before you tighten the bolts

My plan is to drill 13mm holes so there is 0.3mm (close to 1/64) clearance. Thanks for advice
